1. addition of carrot, beetroot can be made to the ash gourd
2.also help full whilst trying to loose weight as it is non fat and ash gourd is very healthy

Method

  1. Cut ashgourd after peeling into small pieces
  2. Put into mixure and with help of minimum water make into past adding jaggery according to taste.
  3. Remove from mixure jar and strain with the help of juice strainer.
  4. Add salt, black salt, zeera powder and chill in teh fridge for app. 1/2 hr.
  5. Serve in a tall glass with a dash of lime.
  6. Add a few leaves of mint leaves [ fudina ] for decoration
  7. Serve chilled
  8. "enjoy this cool drink sipping it all the way on a hot sunny afternoon"
