A delectable combination of apples with low-cal vanilla cream. . . A must try! serve hot with chilled vanilla ice-cream.
- Peel, core and slice the apples and cook in 1/2 cup of water until soft and mash properly.
- Add the cinnamon powder.
- Add the sugar substitute and mix well.
- Serve hot with cold vanilla cream.
