Ingredients


2 apples
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
2 to 3 tbsp milk
butter to grease the muffin moulds

Method
  12. Serve warm.

Tips
  1. Ask an adult to open the oven and to test whether the muffins are cooked. Insert a wooden toothpick in the centre of the muffins.
  2. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffin is cooked.

I love Cinnamon rolls and this recipe reminded me of them! It has this beautiful aroma that spreads through the house as its baking! the muffins were soft and flavoursome! thanks for the recipe!
