A tantalizing Anns potatoes has the parboiled potaoes stir fried with schezuan saice and garlic flakes. Enjoy this tangy and spicy potato dish a starter or side dish with breads of choice.

250 gms potatoes
3 to 5 flakes of garlic (lehsun)
3 tbsp Schezuan Sauce
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
2 tsp lemon juice


  1. Parboil potatoes with salt till they are cooked three fourths .
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add garlic and saute till lightly fried.
  4. Add schezwan sauce and lemon juice.
  5. Saute well for a few minutes.
