Aloo Tikkis recipe - How to make Aloo Tikkis

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     12

Ingredients

1/2 kg potatoes
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
3 to 4 tbsp sugar
green chillies and coriander (dhania) paste
paste
ghee for roasting
Method


  1. Boil and smash the potatoes.
  2. Powder the roasted groundnut and
  3. add to the smashed potatoes
  4. Now mix the grated coconut and
  5. Sugar to the mixture.
  6. Add chilli and corriander paste and
  7. Salt according to taste and mix
  8. Well.
  9. Now make small balls of the
  10. Mixture .
  11. Take each ball flatten it a bit &
  12. Roast it on both the sides on the
  13. Thava till it turns golden brown.
  14. Add ghee while roasting.
