The child friendly burger recipe, aloo burger has boiled and mashed aloo or potato based patties or tikkis as the filling in the burger buns. A great snacking option, you can perk up the nutritive value by adding vegetables or paneer in the aloo tikkis.

Makes 4 servings
- Peel the potatoes
- Cut them in two halves widthwise
- Poke them with a fork and deep fry
- Place the vegetables,cutlets and 1/4 of cheese on each bottom half
- Place the upper half and poke in a toothpick
