4 potatoes , boiled , peeled and chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1/2 cup moong dal (split green gram) , soaked in water for 12 hours

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately with curds.
