Soon India is presumed to be the Diabetic world capital as per the survey of World Health Organisation (WHO) that reveals 50 million people in India are suffering from diabetes.
Diabetes is a condition that is characterized by high blood sugar (glucose) in our body. While it's true that most people with diabetes need to limit high-fat, high-sugar foods, but this doesn't necessarily mean abstaining from their favourite dishes. Rather, this means you just have to make them a little differently, balance choices and enjoy certain foods in moderation. In fact there is no substitute for a good diet control if you are a diabetic.
