Ingredients


3/4 cup asparagus, cut into 50 mm. (2") long pieces and blanched
3/4 cup sliced baby corn (parboiled)
3/4 cup dried black mushroom, soaked and sliced
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp cornflourmixed with ½ cup water
2 pinches of sugar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method
  1. Heat the oil and stir fry the vegetables with salt. Keep aside.
  2. Arrange the asparagus, baby corn and mushrooms on a serving dish.
  3. Combine the milk, cornflour paste, sugar and salt in a pan and simmer for 1 minute till the sauce thickens.
  4. Pour the sauce over the stir fried vegetables and serve immediately.

Not for Indian tastebuds really. The milk-cornflour paste and fried vegetables make it difficult to eat.
